About Us
GroModel is a bespoke youth organisation working with disadvantaged young people. At GroModel, we help young people grow in character, life-goals and aspiration. Each staff member is a GroModel (role model) – a person that is principled, a leader-figure and who is ableto use similar experiences to better the life of a young person. We work with 12-18 year olds; this is the common age for delinquency yet an age where it is possible to lay a positive foundation in their lives.

Gromodel aims to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and ability to take control of their lives, and positively impact their community. It is our mission to see young people across the UK growin character, life goals and aspiration.

We envision a nation full of young people serving their community, spreading positive values to the next generation, and contributing to a better society.

We accept that every young person is different and we also factor in our clients' background, past,personality, and preferences. Friendship, safety, care and mentorship are among our top values.
